Cleaning Technician / Future Team Lead

Our family-owned cleaning company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team! We have proudly served our community since 1991, and we are looking for someone who wants more than just a job—we are looking for a future leader.

This position offers a clear path for professional growth. You will start as a Technician to learn our specific standards and techniques, and upon successful completion of training, you will advance to a Team Lead position with a guaranteed pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phase 1 (Technician): Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning, mastering our specialized methods and efficiency standards.
• Phase 2 (Team Lead): After training, you will oversee on-site projects, lead a small crew, and ensure every job meets our professional reputation.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure top-tier results.
• Client Relations: Maintain professional and friendly communication with our long-term clients.
