Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position involves cleaning residential homes and occasional commercial properties while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine, deep, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services.

Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail all assigned areas Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Follow company cleaning systems, checklists, and procedures. Communicate professionally with clients and management. Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues. Ensure all work meets company quality standards.

Qualifications:

Cleaning experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.

Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $15-$18 per hour based on experience. Paid training, Opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses. Consistent daytime schedule. Supportive team environment.

Schedule Monday–Friday Day shift

Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time.
