What You’ll Do

• Clean homes and small offices to a “WOW” standard (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Bring joy to clients with attention to detail and excellent service
• Work independently with support from a caring team
• Must love animals—many clients have furry greeters!

Who We’re Looking For

• 17+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone
• Able to lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Able to pass a background check
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to grow

Location & Travel (Please Read Carefully)

• We serve clients throughout the Midlothian, Moseley, Bon Air, and Goochland areas, and team members should be comfortable traveling between these locations as part of their daily schedule.
• Some homes are located up to 30 minutes west of our office and may be 1+ hour from parts of Richmond
• Start and end your day from home
• Clients scheduled near your home whenever possible
• Office visits only for:
• 2 weeks of paid training
• Weekly supply pick-ups & mini-meetings
• Monthly team meetings
