Cleaning Technician - Residential - Daytime Hours - Flexible Schedule

Job Overview

PrismPro Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a locally owned cleaning company serving the Wichita metro area. We are growing quickly and looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work.

This role is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in caregiving, healthcare, or service roles (including CNAs), who are used to fast-paced, hands-on work and want a more flexible daytime schedule.

• Typical hours: Residential: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Commercial: Evening opportunities available on a limited basis
• Weekly hours: Typically 10–30 hours depending on demand

Pay & Incentives

• $15.00/hour during training
• $16.25/hour after training

Duties

• Perform detailed residential cleanings using our step-by-step checklists
• Work independently or as part of a team (primarily teams of 2)
• Follow a structured cleaning system to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Use our scheduling system to track jobs and client notes
• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients,
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Comfortable working in clients’ homes
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment maintenance, and safety guidelines.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Screening & Employment Requirements

• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
• Background check results are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the findings and their relevance to the responsibilities of the position
• All candidates are considered individually in accordance with applicable laws

Transportation Requirements (Required):

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability and willingness to drive between job sites throughout the workday
