We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized clerical support professional with a strong background in administrative assistance, data entry, and office coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling confidential documents, and maintaining accurate records. They should be known for their reliability, strong time management skills, and the ability to effectively support teams in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all printed correspondence, including subpoenas, certified mail receipts, and other necessary documents, are processed and distributed promptly and accurately.
- Scanning and filing documents and incoming correspondence
- Maintain and organize paper and digital files, ensuring that all relevant documents are easily accessible and up to date for auditing and retrieval.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners to transmit and digitize documents as needed, ensuring all files are up-to-date.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of records
- Data entry
- Provide excellent client support at all times
- Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 1 year prior office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
