Clerical Monitor

Job description APS is seeking clerical staff to perform the duties of a yard monitor. A monitor would be responsible for updating our customer's inventory system and coordinating the delivery of trailers to different locations. The role primarily works in mobile offices in various trailer yards near our customer (on-site in Ford Dearborn Truck Plant).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track loads.
• Data entry.
• Update trailer management system.
• Distribute paperwork to inbound and outbound drivers.
• Communicate over the radio, phone, and email.
• Validate accuracy of driver paperwork against customers system Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Position is entry level. Any experience in customer service or data entry is helpful.
• Logistics or dispatching experience helpful but not required
• Applicants must be comfortable working in mobile offices and in a construction-like environment.
• Candidates with open schedule availability preferred.
