We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Clerical - Pest Control Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.

Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Assist customers with scheduling pest control appointments and answering inquiries about services.
• Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, service requests, and appointment details using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Support client services by providing timely updates and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately during payments or billing processes.
• Support the team with basic analysis skills to identify customer trends or issues that need attention.
• Multitask efficiently, data entry, scheduling based on route optimization, oversee your pest control technician team to ensure high productivity and client support tasks to maximize productivity. Present quotes and written proposals immediately upon request to secure customer confidence.
• Qualifications include multi-tasking, computer knowledge, great phone etiquette,
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
• Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or sales environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills required for data entry and documentation.
• Experience with outbound calling, client services, or cash handling is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organization skills.
• Previous experience in pest control or service industry roles is beneficial but not required. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
