Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Clerical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our imaging center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar management for staff and providers.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Handle administrative duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Support billing and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Maintain office organization through efficient filing systems and inventory management of supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating proper phone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Prior office management or clerical experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse patient populations.
  • Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service is essential.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management is required.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping practices is advantageous.
