Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a Clerical Dispatch role.
The Clerical Dispatcher plays a vital role in our operations, serving as the primary point of contact between our office and field technicians. This individual will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians to job sites, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on service appointments.
• Coordinate with field staff to ensure efficient routing and scheduling of jobs.
• Monitor technician progress and provide assistance as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
• Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or office administration preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
