Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with callers.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
