Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with callers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
