About Us:
AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services is looking for a highly skilled and experienced ClickUp Expert to manage and optimize our complete ClickUp workspace. This is a long-term, in-house opportunity for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, and scalability to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and structure the entire ClickUp workspace
- Handle sales team lead management and pipeline tracking within ClickUp
- Assign, monitor, and optimize team tasks and workflows
- Improve team productivity, accountability, and reporting
- Implement and utilize new ClickUp features based on business needs
- Continuously improve automation, dashboards, and processes as the company grows
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with ClickUp (advanced level)
- Strong understanding of sales operations and team management
- Ability to analyze workflows and implement best-practice solutions
- Experience with automation, dashboards, and reporting tools in ClickUp
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ClickUp in a professional environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
