We are looking for a highly organized and experienced ClickUp Expert to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled in building efficient workflows that enhance productivity and team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, customize, and optimize ClickUp workspaces, spaces, folders, lists, and tasks based on business needs.
• Design and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting structures to improve efficiency.
• Create SOPs, task templates, and project frameworks for different departments.
• Monitor task progress, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Train team members on ClickUp best practices and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to streamline operations and improve visibility.
• Continuously optimize ClickUp processes to support scalability and performance.

What You Need

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience working with ClickUp in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ClickUp features including automations, dashboards, goals, and integrations.
• Experience in setting up workflows for project management, HR, operations, or marketing teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt workflows as business needs evolve.
