With the expansion of a new partnership from a leading telecommunications provider, we are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Account Associate to join our team. The Client Account Associate role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering comprehensive account support for both prospective and existing customers.

As a Client Account Associate, you will serve as a vital connection point throughout the sales process, creating a seamless and consultative experience from initial contact through post-sale support. You’ll play a key role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored product and service solutions, and developing relationships that foster sustainable business growth. This Client Account Associate opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to expand their professional experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Client Account Associate Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with new and existing clients to promote service offerings, uncover opportunities, and close sales through a consultative, needs-based approach.
  • Represent the brand as a sales ambassador, ensuring professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in every client interaction.
  • Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in CRM systems while upholding confidentiality standards.
  • Develop and deliver customized solutions that align with customer objectives and organizational sales strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations teams to resolve inquiries, enhance efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Execute essential sales functions such as prospecting, product presentation, order processing, and account management with a focus on exceeding performance goals.
  • Leverage sales tools, CRM platforms, and internal resources to optimize workflow, maximize productivity, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, refine techniques with fellow Client Account Associate, and maintain a competitive edge.

Client Account Associate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in sales or business is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Client Account Associate is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage client concerns with professionalism, composure, and confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week
