Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients to pitch our recruitment and HR solutions.
  • Lead Generation via LinkedIn: Use LinkedIn (and Sales Navigator) to identify decision-makers, engage in professional networking, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or automation tools) to craft personalized outreach messages, research industry trends, and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Presentations & Pitching: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present our services, handle objections, and close deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • LinkedIn Mastery: Proven experience in using LinkedIn for lead generation, personal branding, and professional outreach.
  • AI Proficiency: Strong "AI Literacy"—ability to use AI tools for content creation, email drafting, and market research.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in the HR/Consultancy sector).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
