Client Account Manager

We are seeking for a Client Account Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for client account management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, engineers, designers, production, logistics) for project planning and execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery according to client needs.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and take corrective actions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and key account metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in POP/display furniture account management.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of technical drawings, standard materials, and AV innovations in the POP industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
