Client Account Manager (Experienced Bookkeeper) for Growing Bookkeeping Firm (Part-Time)

You will oversee and manage client accounts with precision, ensuring compliance and accounting standards while delivering accurate financial reports. Responsibilities

• Manage and perform comprehensive bookkeeping functions for clients, including maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory reports, and other financial documentation in accordance with GAAP and specific standards.
• Oversee cash management processes, including forecasting, cash flow analysis, and bank reconciliations using software in QBO
• Support budgeting activities by analyzing financial data to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Perform technical accounting tasks related to payroll processing, journal entries, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
• Interact with Clients providing excellent communication

Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, this is a MUST.
• Non Profit Experience required.
• Proficiency in QBO, QBO Payroll, ADP and QBO plug-ins.
• 5 + years expertise in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, financial analysis, and budget implementaion.
• Solid understanding of cash management strategies including forecasting and cash flow optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger management.
• Strong financial acumen combined with effective communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
