Client Account Specialist (Operations) – Hazard Claims

DIMONT is hiring a Client Account Specialist (Operations)-Hazard Claims to own the day‑to‑day relationship and service experience for clients’ hazard insurance claims portfolios. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact, balancing strong relationship management with detailed operational execution to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim processing.
You’ll partner closely with Operations, IT, and Clients to resolve issues, protect contractual obligations, and drive client retention through clear, proactive communication. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client‑facing service and process‑driven operations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day‑to‑day inquiries, escalations, and status updates for hazard claims portfolios.

Proactively communicate portfolio performance, upcoming milestones, and resolutions to clients via email, phone, and meetings.

Oversee client hazard claims portfolios from intake through closure, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all services.

Monitor SLAs, track key metrics, and identify operational issues before they impact client satisfaction.

Partner with Operations, IT, and other internal teams to resolve system or process issues impacting client portfolios.

Maintain accurate client and portfolio data, generate reports, and support data‑driven insights for management and client reviews.
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in foreclosure or default servicing with a bank, mortgage servicer, or similar servicing‑focused environment that includes hands-on experience with hazard insurance claims, property insurance, or related claims operations.

3+ years of account management or client‑facing experience in foreclosure or default servicing with direct responsibility for client communication, issue resolution, and expectation management.

Comfortable operating in a high-volume communication environment, managing client inquiries, escalations, and internal coordination without losing attention to detail or responsiveness.
