We are looking for a confident and driven
Client Acquisition Executive
to join our growing team.
In this role, you will engage with potential prospects, understand their business challenges, and guide them toward the right solutions offered by our company. You will support the full sales lifecycle—from first contact to deal closure—while developing strong client relationships.
This is a
full-time role
that requires excellent English communication skills, confidence in conversations, and a proactive mindset.
Compensation

Monthly Salary:
PKR 200,000+ (based on experience)

Commission:
15% on every successfully closed deal
Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs.

Communicate and present company services clearly, focusing on client pain points and value-driven solutions.

Manage the complete sales journey, from initial outreach to successful deal closure.

Handle inbound leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.

Ensure a smooth handover post-sale and support long-term client relationships.

Prepare and share regular sales activity reports with management.
Education & Experience Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing Agency Sales Department.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and active listening abilities

Confidence in engaging with clients and leading conversations

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (training provided)
