We are looking for ambitious, execution-focused professionals who understand international client communication, Upwork sales strategy, and relationship management.
This is not a passive support role. We are hiring individuals who can independently identify opportunities, strategically communicate with prospects, build trust with international clients, and contribute directly to company revenue growth.
What You'll Do

Identify and apply to relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms

Write highly customized, strategic, and conversion-focused proposals

Manage client conversations professionally from initial outreach to closing

Conduct requirement gathering and coordinate with internal technical teams

Maintain strong follow-up systems and nurture warm leads

Handle negotiation discussions and onboarding coordination

Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and reporting metrics

Collaborate closely with senior acquisition leadership to improve conversion rates

Understand technical services including web, mobile, cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, and enterprise solutions

Represent Deployed professionally in all international communications
What You Should Have

1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, client acquisition, or international sales

Proven experience handling end-to-end Upwork communication

Strong written English and business communication skills

Understanding of software development services and modern technologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Experience using LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM systems, or outreach tools

Ability to independently manage multiple client conversations simultaneously

High ownership mentality and professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

Experience closing high-ticket software projects

Prior experience in software houses or digital agencies

Understanding of AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud, Web, or Mobile development services

Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, Europe)

Familiarity with proposal optimization and Upwork profile strategy

Experience using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion

Ability to coordinate directly with technical teams during discovery calls
