Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Advisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Client Advisor will interact with clients to understand their property needs, provide personalized recommendations, and offer support throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and offering expert insights into the real estate market. Additionally, the Client Advisor will assist clients in navigating property insurance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proven expertise in Communication and Customer Service
• Knowledge in property-related Insurance processes
• Proficiency in managing client inquiries and delivering timely solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Relevant experience in real estate or customer-centric industries is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
