at Taraneem Design we are looking for a Client Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the interior design process. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating design consultations, and supporting project execution from initial inquiry through final delivery. The position reports to the Lead Designer or Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding interior design services, project timelines, and fee structures
  • Schedule and coordinate initial client consultations with designers, including gathering client preferences, budget parameters, and project scope
  • Maintain accurate client records, project files, and communication logs in the company database
  • Prepare and send service agreements, quotations, and invoices to clients
  • Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to clients
  • Coordinate between clients and design teams to ensure client expectations are communicated and met
  • Assist with material and product selection appointments, including scheduling vendor meetings and sample coordination
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation, approvals, or payments
  • Address routine client concerns and escalate complex issues to the Lead Designer or Studio Manager
  • Maintain showroom or studio organization, including display of design samples and product catalogs
  • Support the design team with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and presentation preparation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Interior Design, Business Administration, or Customer Service is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client advisory, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in interior design, luxury retail, or creative services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused and problem-solving approach
  • Basic knowledge of interior design processes, materials, or furniture is helpful but not required

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary range: 400 - 500 OMR
  • Visa, health insurance, annual leave
