Duties & Responsibilities
Client Care & Front Desk
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized, upscale customer service both in the med spa and over the phone
- Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Upsell clients on appropriate products and services based on their individual needs and treatments received
- Successfully promote the brand, products, and services offered
- Assist with inventory counts and product management
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized outreach
- Work collaboratively with all team members in a professional manner to promote a cooperative and positive teamwork environment
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance standards in accordance with state regulations
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow our social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring interactions across Instagram, Facebook, Meta Suite, and TikTok
- Develop compelling visual content using Canva and other marketing platforms including photography and video editing
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize online content for increased visibility
- Analyze web traffic and social media performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice before publishing
- Support the development of branding strategies that maintain consistency across all digital channels
Requirements
- Spa or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Suite, TikTok)
- Experience with patient booking systems such as Aesthetic Records
- Proven experience with social media management platforms
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and Google Analytics preferred
- Skilled in social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing
- Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must maintain an upbeat, positive attitude and work cohesively with all staff members
- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday
