Role Description

The Client Care Driver is responsible for transporting clients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other essential destinations. This role ensures each passenger receives exceptional care, timely service, and a positive experience throughout their journey. Drivers must maintain a safe driving record, uphold company standards, and represent EZ Medical Transportation with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive clients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and scheduled destinations
• Assist clients entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and properly maintained
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrival
• Provide a friendly, respectful, and compassionate experience for every passenger
• Maintain accurate trip documentation and follow company protocols
• Communicate promptly with dispatch and leadership regarding delays, concerns, or client needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving history
• Successful completion of a background check
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Defensive driving training (or willingness to complete training)
• Ethics training (or willingness to complete training)
• Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift or assist clients as needed (within safety guidelines)
