At United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, we advocate for policyholders during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. While our adjusters focus on the technical side of insurance claims, we’re looking for someone who champions the human side.

We’re hiring a Client Care Specialist—a role dedicated to ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the claims process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the compassionate point of contact for policyholders.
  • Keep clients updated on claim progress, reducing stress and uncertainty.
  • Coordinate with adjusters and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain organized records and follow through on client needs.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with families and businesses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A professional with empathy at their core
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to stay organized and follow through
  • Experience in client service, case management, or advocacy roles
  • Insurance or claims experience is a plus—but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
