Client Care Specialist

We're seeking a Client Care Specialist to assist with providing exceptional customer service to our clients. In this position, you will lead client outreach, conduct client sales efforts, and manage client care alongside our administrative team in Portland.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments with potential clients to understand their needs
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and their families
• Manage client care plans
• Address client concerns and advocate for their needs
• Regularly perform quality assurance visits with clients and caregivers
• Assist with client/caregiver introductions
• Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to grow our client list and billable hours
• Assist with marketing initiatives to bring on new clients
• Assist with other office responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client development, management or sales
• 2+ years in healthcare or in-home services
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Warm, approachable personality that excels at forging deep connections
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
