Job Summary
Rapid Response AC Services is seeking a Client Care Specialist Representative to join our team in Fort Myers. We provide HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Southwest Florida, with 24/7 emergency support.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and support to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, delivering outstanding customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage client accounts using Housecall Pro Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to track interactions, preferences, and issues.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from current and prospective customers promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders to membership program participants.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff, and team members via phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Perform administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
- Identify and escalate service issues to supervisors as needed, while resolving customer concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Meet performance metrics and handle additional duties as assigned.
- Work on-site in our Fort Myers office (no remote option).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (we provide training for the right candidate).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and build rapport.
- Basic computer proficiency for navigating systems and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid work ethic.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through on tasks.
- Familiarity with the Fort Myers area and surrounding regions is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift 5-10 lbs.
- Good vision and dexterity for computer and phone use.
- Sit for extended periods (approximately 80% of the time) in a standard office setup, with significant phone time.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
