Keymech Designs is hiring a Client Closer (on-site)
Location: New City Phase-2, Wah Cantt
Timings: 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM
Platform Focus: Upwork
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in client communication, pre-sales, or lead handling — specifically on the Upwork platform
- Excellent written English with flawless grammar, sentence structure, and tone — IELTS certification (if available) or an O/A Level academic background is highly preferred
- Ability to chat with Upwork clients, extract detailed project requirements, and guide conversations toward closure
- Experience preparing internal project briefs for technical estimation
- Fast typing and responsiveness during fixed working hours
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Docs, or other task management platforms
- Basic understanding of design, electronics, or product development workflows
Soft Skills:
- Strong follow-up and negotiation instincts
- Organized and detail-oriented communicator
- Can build trust quickly and maintain a professional tone throughout
- Comfortable managing multiple active leads and status updates
Deal Breaker:
- You don’t have hands-on experience handling conversations on the Upwork platform
- You rely on generic templates or AI-generated replies
- You are not available during fixed working hours
- You struggle with budget negotiations or objection handling
- You can’t clearly summarize client needs into actionable briefs
