Client Communication and Brand Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional who can confidently communicate with brands and founders, understand their branding requirements, and convert them into long-term clients for personal branding, company branding, and Podcast IP development.

This role requires strong communication skills, industry understanding, and a conversion-focused mindset.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in marketing, video production, podcast agency, influencer marketing, creators economy or branding industry.
• Experience in handling brand communication or client conversations
• Proven involvement in lead conversion or client acquisition

Knowledge Required:

• Understanding of personal branding strategies
• Knowledge of the podcast and video content industry
• Basic understanding of brand positioning and awareness campaigns
• Awareness of how Podcast IPs help brands grow authority and visibility
• Understanding of client psychology and conversion funnel

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident pitching and negotiation ability
• Ability to approach founders and brands professionally
• Good research skills to identify potential clients
• Follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Result-oriented mindset (conversion matters)
• Professional presentation and client-handling ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
