About This Role
We are hiring a Client Communication Manager who will be responsible for managing chats on Fiverr, Upwork, and Gmail β handling inquiries, collecting requirements, and keeping client communication sharp, professional, and context-aware.
This is not a typical "VA-style" support job. Itβs a dynamic, high-paced role where youβll be the face of our business to clients, expected to think critically, communicate with confidence, and grow in your understanding of the technical services we offer
