Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Communication Specialist to manage international clients related to our video editing and production services. The role involves receiving scheduled calls via Google Meet, guiding clients about our processes, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and attend scheduled client calls on Google Meet.
- Communicate project requirements and guide clients about the video editing/production process.
- Document client needs and share them with the production team.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
- Provide timely updates and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience handling international calls/clients (BPO, customer support, or client services).
- Excellent English communication skills (must be fluent).
- Professional, confident, and client-focused personality.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet workspace (mandatory).
- Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
