We're looking for a Client Communications Assistant to help design conversations that matter. As a Client Communications Assistant, you’ll craft communications that are as practical as they are personable. From email sequences to in-person communication, the Client Communications Assistant delivers timely, accurate information that helps customers navigate their service with confidence—while subtly reinforcing the value of no-contract, budget-smart wireless solutions.

Core Functions of the Client Communications Assistant

  • Engage directly with customers, presenting tailored service solutions that align with their needs while representing the client with utmost compliance and professionalism.
  • Coordinate campaign execution by managing schedules, preparing outreach materials, and ensuring brand consistency across community initiatives.
  • Strengthen customer engagement by clarifying service options and guiding households toward cost‑effective wireless solutions that meet their needs.
  • Track and analyze communications performance by maintaining databases, documenting interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, resolve service challenges, and deliver consistent standards across marketing and customer support campaigns.
  • Build professional expertise through training in communications strategy, customer relationship management, and emerging sales tools that support accessible telecom services.

Education & Experience Needed for the Client Communications Assistant

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; coursework in communications, marketing, or business is an asset.
  • Experience in customer support, communications, or administrative support, ideally within telecom or sales services, is highly valued.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities with proven skill in adapting messaging to diverse audiences and promoting affordable wireless solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools to manage communication records, monitor self sales performance, and streamline work for efficiency and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,350.00 per week
