Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst II to support the daily performance of computer systems. This position will be primarily responsible for providing technical support for the One Tech Desk team and ensure quality customer support by answering user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operations.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Work with users in a walkup service type environment resolving technical issues ranging from break/fix laptops and PCs, mobile devices, as well as providing user training
  • Ability to take leadership of escalated issues
  • Leading projects and tasks as assigned
  • Provide second level technical support
  • Providing top notch customer service with the ability to communicate with users to ensure great end user experience
  • Develop and document training materials and procedures
  • Assist in managing, maintaining, and updating laptop, mobile device, and other hardware inventory
  • Ability to work as a team and to perform other duties as assigned
  • Occasionally provide remote support to users in an emergency type situation

Position Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in related support services
  • College degree or certifications in related field a plus
  • Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Previous role as a technical support analyst or in a similar position
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
