Client Consultant (Sales) – Luxury Med Spa | High Income Potential

Nuderma is a fast-growing, performance-driven medical spa in San Diego.

We generate a high volume of qualified leads daily and specialize in converting them into long-term treatment plans.

Position Overview

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in guiding clients through their aesthetic journey. This individual must have strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build client trust through expertise, warmth, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, knowledgeable in skincare and aesthetics, and presents themselves in a manner that reflects our brand—fit, polished, and aligned with a beauty-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and build lasting relationships through exceptional service and engagement.

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments, products, and packages.

Drive sales of services, treatment plans, and skincare products with confidence, knowledge, and authenticity.

Maintain a deep understanding of all Med Spa procedures, technologies, and skincare lines to educate clients effectively.

Follow up with clients to support retention, satisfaction, and ongoing treatment plans.

Collaborate with medical providers, aestheticians, and front-desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

Manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing consultation environment.

Represent the brand by upholding a professional, polished appearance.

Qualifications

Proven ability to close high-ticket services (not just “sales experience”) Professional Appearance:

Comfortable discussing money and asking for the sale

Competitive mindset with strong desire to earn

Experience in aesthetics is a plus, but NOT required if sales skills are strong

Must present a polished, fit, well-groomed appearance that aligns with a luxury aesthetics environment.

Represents a healthy, wellness-focused lifestyle.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling software, and online communication.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
