The Role: Impact & Ownership

As a Client Consultant Specialist, you are the face of our brand and the engine of our growth. You won't just "check people in"—you will:

• Drive Revenue: Conduct expert consultations to sell memberships, injectables, high-end packages, and wellness programs.
• Be the Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest medical aesthetics, technologies, and treatment protocols.
• Create Five-Star Experiences: Ensure every client feels empowered and confident from the moment they walk in.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Sales Track Record: You have at least 2 years of direct sales experience with a history of hitting and exceeding targets.
• The "Upsell" Instinct: You know how to identify a client’s needs and recommend the perfect suite of services to help them reach their goals.
• Professionalism: You carry yourself with the poise and confidence expected in a luxury medical environment.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 year (Preferred)
• Spanish Bilingual

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Preferred)
