Job Title: Client Coordination Executive
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Client Coordination Executive to act as a key link between our clients and internal execution teams. This role involves ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and efficient handling of project-related activities within our survey company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and requirements
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal execution/survey teams
- Schedule and follow up on survey activities to ensure timely completion
- Maintain clear and professional communication via email, phone, and meetings
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
