Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Coordinator & Web Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in client management, web support, or IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing communication, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and providing web support for hosting, mailing, domain, and related IT services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Handle client communication, schedule meetings, share updates, and manage feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Provide web support, including troubleshooting website issues (WordPress / HTML / CSS).
  • Update and maintain website content, resolve errors, and escalate complex issues to the development team when needed.
  • Monitor website performance and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions, support tickets, and task status.
  • Support basic SEO and website optimisation activities if required.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (content updates, troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with hosting, domains, or SEO will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • Diploma holders or candidates with relevant practical experience may also apply.
