About the Role
We're a fast-growing advisory firm looking for an experienced, self-directed operator who can be a true extension of the CEO — managing client deliverables, executive priorities, and the constant moving pieces of a high-growth business. This role is client delivery and executive support. Note that our clients are executives. Prior relevant experience working on executive deliverables is a must.
This is not an entry-level admin role. We need someone who has done this before — ideally as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to a founder/CEO, or in a startup environment where you wear every hat. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, prioritizing competing demands, and producing polished, client-ready work efficiently and without step-by-step direction.
What You'll Do
Client Delivery
- Own client deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple concurrent engagements
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and capture action items
- Create polished, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles
- Work confidently across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to manage and share client documents
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and competing priorities
- Draft correspondence and communications with minimal oversight
- Prepare for meetings and manage follow-up/commitments
- Protect the CEO's time and focus; act as a trusted operational partner
Project Management
- Maintain project tracking, SOPs, and documentation
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Improve workflows and recommend automation opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Must have experience working on executive deliverables
- 10+ years supporting executives/founders and/or managing client delivery in consulting, agencies, or professional services
- Startup experience strongly preferred — comfortable doing "everything"
- Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to a CEO/founder, Client Success/Account/Engagement Manager, or similar background
- Proven ownership of deliverables and outcomes, not just task lists
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple simultaneous assignments from different stakeholders and reprioritize on the fly
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management across competing priorities
- Strong written/verbal communication and polished client-facing presence
- Fluent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint/Google Workspace — comfortable sharing, organizing, and managing client documents and folders without assistance
- Resourceful self-starter who solves problems and finds answers independently (including researching things on their own) rather than escalating questions that don't require it
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.); AI tool fluency (ChatGPT, Claude) a plus
You Are NOT a Fit If
- You have a job in-person. We are only looking for remote candidates who have been in similar roles
- You need step-by-step direction, frequent check-ins, or hand-holding to complete tasks
- You tend to ask others for information you could quickly find yourself
- You work long hours but struggle to show measurable, completed outcomes
- You find it difficult to juggle multiple tasks or shifting priorities at once
- You wait to be told what to do next rather than taking initiative
- You've only done data-entry/admin work without client-facing or executive ownership
- You're early-career or have short tenures without progression
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You're independently managing client deliverables and executive priorities, completing tasks efficiently and on time without needing reminders, asking smart clarifying questions rather than waiting for instructions, producing client-ready presentations and documents with minimal revision, navigating shared drives and client systems on your own, and becoming a trusted partner the CEO can hand ambiguous problems to — someone who proactively helps the business run better.
Application Requirements
Due to the urgency of this role, we’re requesting the following within 24-48 hours since we are planning on making a decision quickly.
- Resume
- Cover letter
- Portfolio/examples of presentations or client deliverables you've created
- 2–3 minute video covering: intro, your executive support experience, your client delivery experience, how you handle ambiguity, multiple competing priorities, and tight deadlines without hand-holding, and why you'd thrive here
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
