Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven
Client Director
with 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing and client leadership.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in
leading pitches, winning RFPs, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving revenue growth
through strategic account expansion.
This role requires a senior leader who can combine strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and full-funnel digital expertise to grow both new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end
pitching and RFP processes

Develop winning proposals, strategic decks, and commercial frameworks

Own and deliver against assigned
revenue targets

Drive
new business acquisition
and pipeline growth

Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts

Identify and execute
upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Develop integrated full-funnel digital strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)

Build strong, long-term client partnerships at senior stakeholder level

Collaborate with internal teams (performance, media, creative, content, analytics) to ensure delivery excellence

Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and profitability

winning competitive RFPs and leading successful pitches
