Client Engagement Director

CCHO Consulting is seeking an accomplished and strategic healthcare leader to join our Riyadh office as Client Engagement Director. This senior leadership role will drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and executive client engagement across the healthcare sector in the Kingdom and wider MENA region.

The ideal candidate is a highly connected healthcare executive with deep industry expertise, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record in business development, strategic advisory, and stakeholder engagement within the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare consulting, or government/public health sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

• Lead and execute the business development strategy for CCHO’s healthcare and provider sector practice across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
• Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including government entities, healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts.
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and executive-level presentations.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging healthcare trends, policy shifts, and growth opportunities.

Executive Client Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with CCHO leadership and subject matter experts to deliver innovative, data-driven, and client-centric solutions.
• Contribute to the firm’s visibility through thought leadership, strategic initiatives, and industry engagement activities.
• Build long-term client relationships based on credibility, strategic insight, and measurable impact.

Leadership & Strategic Contribution

• Support the development and execution of organizational growth initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across consulting, analytics, market access, public policy, and communication teams.
• Contribute to marketing and communication strategies, including healthcare campaigns, executive content, and industry positioning initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Pharmacist background strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare consulting, healthcare institutions, or government/public health sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, healthcare transformation, market access, payer/provider dynamics, public policy, and regulatory environments within the MENA region.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives, government leaders, and senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Additional qualifications or certifications in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Epidemiology, Public Health, Research, or Healthcare Management are considered a strong advantage.
• Highly professional, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
