Internship Description

Umiko Web is a digital marketing agency working with real estate and service-based clients. We are looking for a Client Engagement & Business Growth Intern who can support client coordination and help strengthen client relationships to contribute to overall business growth. This internship is ideal for Female freshers and pursuing students who are interested in client interaction and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with existing clients to ensure smooth service delivery
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and client satisfaction
• Support the team in daily business coordination activities
• Maintain client records, updates, and communication logs

Eligibility

• Graduate / Undergraduate / Pursuing students can apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Students from Business, Management, or related fields preferred

Skills Required

• Good communication skills good in English.
• Interest in client handling and business growth activities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
