Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Engagement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage clients and build long-term relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client engagement strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client engagement or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
