Client Excellence Executive

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service to stakeholders, managing product renewals, and building strong relationships with agents? We re looking for a Client Excellence Executive to support our sales operations.

The role

Sitting in our Client Excellence team, you will support our account managers with partner product renewals, ensuring smooth sales operations, as well as build relationships and collaborate with agents, promoting our in-house offerings. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the renewal of subscriptions from existing clients in a given territory, liaising with the account managers
• Review pending orders, specific client requests, and any relevant issues the clients might face
• Support the account managers to ensure a successful client onboarding for new clients
• Support the account managers to ensure a successful set-up/ implementation of new subscriptions for existing clients
• Contact providers for any pricing, training and marketing enquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents representing our in-house products, acting as their key point of contact for support, updates, and strategic alignment
• Provide agents with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and represent our products in the market
• Support the client excellence team with CRM projects and other special projects

Minimum job qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients, partners, or stakeholdersExperience in working with CRM systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage complex renewals and tricky situations
• Proactive and a problem solver
