Client Executive – ERP Supply Chain Solutions
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Travel: ability to travel up to 100% as needed. (client sites, events, internal meetings)
The Client Executive at Argano is responsible for acquiring new business accounts, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and establishing strong, trusted client relationships. This role focuses on understanding client business needs and proposing tailored ERP and technology solutions — with a particular emphasis on Supply Chain ERP as well as other areas of the ERP portfolio.
Client Executives work closely with the SMB and Growth Sales teams, collaborating with other sales executives and internal delivery teams to ensure clients receive best-in-class solutions and support throughout their engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Supply Chain ERP and other ERP domains (Finance, HCM, Manufacturing, CX, etc.).
- Prospect and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and accounts.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand challenges and align Argano’s ERP solutions to their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals, solution presentations, and value-based sales strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure successful delivery and profitable outcomes.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in technology or ERP sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling Supply Chain ERP solutions (e.g., planning, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory) and exposure to other ERP areas such as Financials, HCM, or CX.
- Strong understanding of the ERP sales cycle and solution-based selling approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Skills:
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and close business effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ERP and Supply Chain trends, technologies, and market drivers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Negotiation: Skilled in structuring deals that create mutual value and align with client objectives.
