Client Experience and Marketing Coordinator

Sunline Landscapes is a leading luxury landscaping company focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and creating high-end outdoor environments. We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding service while building long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting both our customer experience and marketing efforts.

This role combines client service, marketing coordination, and light sales and recruiting support to ensure a smooth customer journey while strengthening Sunlines brand and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service and support, aligning with the company's brand and values.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by assisting with strategy, campaign management, and content creation.
  • Manage and update client information in the company CRM, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, scheduling, cancellations, and billing questions.
  • Coordinate marketing objectives and strategies with leadership and outsourced teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials and content strategy.
  • Oversee and update the company website, ensuring technical SEO and content accuracy.
  • Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on estimates.
  • Collaborate with HR for brand promotion at events and digital recruiting campaigns.
  • Coordinate video and photography shoots for marketing purposes.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience and 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in content management, creative writing, and media negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing best practices.
  • Basic photo, video editing, and graphic design skills.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite products.
Preferred
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience producing and/or editing audiovisual content for marketing and recruiting
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $23 - $27 an hour, depending on experience

Normal Work Schedule: This position is expected to work at minimum the following schedule Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm, some occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and sometimes overtime may be necessary.

Location and Travel: This job operates in an office environment. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Offered compensation: $23/hr - $27/hr
