Client Experience and Operations Coordinator

Gul Luxury Automotive is a boutique luxury and exotic automotive showroom located in North Scottsdale. We specialize in delivering a highly personalized experience for our clients and are looking for a polished, organized, and hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team.

This role blends luxury client experience, showroom operations, executive support, marketing coordination, and event support in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

As one of the first team members at Gul, you'll play a key role in helping shape the client experience and supporting the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Do:

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and guests to the showroom
• Coordinate appointments and showroom visits
• Deliver a premium, white-glove client experience
• Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
• Assist with client follow-up and relationship management

Operations

• Process titles and vehicle paperwork
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Track invoices and expenses
• Enter vehicle information and costs into Frazer
• Support inventory onboarding and record keeping
• Assist with payment coordination and administrative tasks

Executive Support

• Assist with scheduling and calendar management
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and special projects
• Support the founder across a variety of business initiatives

Marketing & Events

• Assist with social media coordination and content creation
• Support creative marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Help coordinate photoshoots, showroom activations, and special events
• Assist with planning and executing client events throughout the year

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, client experience, executive support, luxury retail, automotive, private clubs, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and polished presence
• Warm, welcoming personality with a hospitality mindset
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Comfortable working in a boutique, fast-growing environment
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• $30-$35 per hour
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunity
• Full-time, in person
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Flexibility is important in this role. Some early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays may be required for client visits, events, or sales team support.

Schedule flexibility is offered when additional hours outside the typical workday are needed.
