Client Experience Assistant (Future Lash Artist)

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow in the beauty industry—not just work a front desk job.

This position is perfect for someone who is currently in esthetics school or already licensed, and wants hands-on experience in a luxury lash studio with the opportunity to transition into a lash artist role.

About the Role
You’ll be the first and last impression of our studio—supporting the client experience while learning the foundation of what makes a successful lash artist.

What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and create a warm, elevated experience

Manage check-in/checkout + rebooking

Assist with client communication (text/phone)

Clean and reset rooms between appointments

Support daily studio flow

This role is designed to grow into a lash artist position for the right candidate. You’ll have the opportunity to:

Shadow lash appointments

Learn advanced retention techniques

Receive hands-on training over time

Requirements:

Must be currently in esthetics school OR licensed esthetician/cosmetologist

Strong interest in becoming a lash artist

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Passionate about client experience and beauty

Position Details:

Part-time (2–3 days/week to start)
