Sunset Pools Inc. is an award-winning luxury pool and outdoor living company serving Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, and the surrounding Houston areas since 2001.

We are looking for a polished, dependable, and highly motivated professional to become the face of our office while also helping elevate our brand through social media and content creation.

This is not an entry-level “just for fun” social media position. We are looking for someone who is career-minded, organized, driven, and takes pride in representing a high-end brand.

Responsibilities: Client Experience & Office Coordination

• Answer phones and manage incoming calls professionally
• Welcome clients and create a warm, polished first impression
• Assist with scheduling, organization, and office coordination
• Support leadership and team communication
• Help maintain a professional and efficient office environment

Social Media & Content Creation

• Capture project photos/videos and behind-the-scenes content
• Assist with maintaining a luxury, elevated online presence
• Stay current with social media trends and content ideas
• Help showcase our projects, culture, and brand professionally

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Experience with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools preferred
• Photography/video editing experience is a plus

Pay: $23.80 - $26.00 per hour
