Position Summary

The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for helping create a professional, welcoming, and organized experience for homeowners and visitors while supporting daily office operations.

This role is a key part of Panther’s customer experience and office support team.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Greet customers and visitors
• Create a welcoming office environment
• Offer drinks and assist guests when needed
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Help maintain strong customer communication

Office Support

• Assist with organizing files and paperwork
• Help maintain office cleanliness and organization
• Make occasional runs to the bank or store
• Assist with general office tasks and support

Customer Follow-Up

• Make follow-up calls to previous customers
• Assist with customer satisfaction follow-up
• Help encourage and respond to online reviews
• Support positive customer relationships

Team Support

• Assist office staff with administrative tasks
• Help support day-to-day office operations
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking
• Reliable and dependable
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
