BRAVE Wellness Studio is San Diego's first Mental Health Wellness Studio, integrating psychotherapy, yoga, coaching, education, and community connection under one roof. We are seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Client Experience Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors.

Position Details

Position: Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Location: BRAVE Wellness Studio, San Diego, CA

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our community, you will:

• Welcome clients, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Return calls, voicemails, and follow-up communications
• Schedule therapy consultations, coaching sessions, classes, trainings, and events
• Assist clients with studio memberships and service information
• Manage client records and scheduling software
• Support therapists, instructors, and leadership team with administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Assist with light cleaning and studio upkeep throughout shifts
• Help prepare for workshops, trainings, and community events
• Complete additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative support
• Experience working in a wellness, healthcare, fitness, yoga, or mental health setting
• Familiarity with scheduling software and basic office technology
