Role Overview

The Client Experience Manager plays a central role in shaping how companies interact with Companies for Good, from the very first inquiry to guiding clients through the entire journey: understanding their needs, helping them choose the right activity, handling proposals and planning, and ensuring every detail is delivered smoothly on the day.

It is a dynamic, client-facing position that blends stakeholders management, operational coordination, problem-solving, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Journey & Relationship Management

Ensure every client feels supported, understood, and excited throughout their journey with Companies for Good, and to elevate the experience we deliver.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from the first inquiry all the way to post-activity.

• Handle emails, calls, meetings, and represent Companies for Good at activities (if needed).

• Draft proposals, quotations, agendas, and all relevant communication.

• Build long-term relationships with key clients and support client retention efforts.

• Collaborate with the Operations & Admin Executive, providing direction and oversight on CRM updates, booking logistics, and client-related admin.

Activity Planning & Delivery

Ensure activities are properly planned with the clients and partners, and everything runs smoothly on the day and is up to standards.

• Ensure all details for each activity are fully planned, accurate, and aligned with expectations.

• Coordinate with partners and venues to confirm dates, timings, requirements, and logistics.

• Attend activities to lead, and represent the company in a professional and engaging way.

• Work with the team to anticipate challenges and solve them efficiently.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines at once.

• Ownership mentality: don’t wait for instructions. Work proactively and anticipate problems.

• Emotional intelligence: ability to read client’s tone, adapt their style, and know when to push, when to reassure, and when to bend.

• Comfortable guiding and mentoring junior staff.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in client management or corporate service-driven environments is an advantage.

Work Environment

• A mix of office, remote work, and being onsite at activities.

• Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential, as activities often require adaptability and quick thinking.

• The Client Experience Manager works closely with the Operations & Admin Executive (who supports the role), to create seamless, meaningful experiences for every client we serve.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary will range from 17,500 AED to 25,000AED depending on experience and performance. If the candidate delivers on expectations the salary will be on the higher end.

• Health insurance and visa (if required) will also be provided.

• Annual leave: 25 days year (very flexible).

• Office hours: usually 9-5pm, but also very flexible. Working on weekends is sometimes required (paid extra).
